While we have a whole menu of dishes ready to take Ortigas by storm, we are most excited for you to try our Signature Dry-Aged Steaks! You’ve probably had plenty of steaks before, but several unique points set us apart from the rest. We exclusively use USDA Prime Black Angus or Angus for our meats; a type so rare that it accounts for only 2% of all the beef in the US market. All our meats also come from the Midwest, flown to each location chilled, never frozen. We uphold a standard quality for all of our meats worldwide, so take your pick out of our 22 locations– you will get the same high quality as expected.
As if all that wasn’t enough, one more thing that makes our signature dish extra special? The average 28-day dry-aging process. We have our own in-house dry ageing box where temperature, humidity, and airflow are controlled, allowing the beef’s natural enzymes to break down the connective tissue, providing a tender slab of meat you can’t get anywhere else.
Along with our Signature Dry-Aged Steaks, we also offer set menus. You’ll have a wide variety of options to choose from, from appetizers like the Seafood Platter, Tuna Tartar, Fresh Oyster, and Sizzling Canadian Bacon, to desserts, such as Cheesecakes, Tiramisu, and Key Lime Pie.
