Introduced in the Philippines in 2016, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener opened its pioneer location in Resorts World Manila, Newport Mall, Pasay City, the first of the three local locations. Its introduction to the country was a milestone in Manila’s thriving culinary scene.

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse was created by Wolfgang Zwiener, who launched his career as head waiter at a top steakhouse in New York City. After four decades of service, he was driven to establish his own brand not to copy, but to improve upon the classic New York steakhouse experience at that time. That same drive and passion continue on to this day, fueling all 22 of his steakhouses worldwide that bear his name.

Our Signature Dry-Aged Steaks - Now in Resorts World Manila

When we say our Signature Dry-Aged Steaks are made from the best meats around, we mean it. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse exclusively serves hand-picked USDA Prime Black Angus beef, which accounts for only 2% of all beef produced in the US market. All our meats come from the Midwest, and are shipped weekly to our location chilled, never frozen.

To add to that, the meat goes through a dry-aging process for an average of 28 days. The process is scientifically proven to break down connective tissues in the meat, resulting in a more tender steak. We are the first restaurant in the Philippines to have our very own in-house dry-aging box, where we can control the parameters to preparing our meats, such as humidity, airflow, and temperature. This meticulous meat preparation paired with expert culinary techniques makes the most tender, juicy and perfectly seared steak.

With all that said, our attention to detail does not end with our steaks. Other excellent entrée options include lamb chops, Norwegian salmon, Sushi-grade yellowfin tuna, three-pound lobster, and much more, along with a variety of appetizers and desserts that cater to every taste.
